Your Questions Answered About Wannasee Leeds.
Tickets
Before the festival day, you can buy tickets from this website on the Tickets Page.
Our Wannasee Camping weekend in Penrith has sold out for the last 3 years so we recommend getting your tickets in plenty of time. If there are tickets for this year’s event still available on the festival day, then they will be sold at the entrance gate, at a higher price than the advance ticket prices, but to be sure you don’t miss the festival we’d recommend buying them in advance at the Early Bird or Advance prices.
If you buy your tickets during the Early Bird period, you’ll get them for a reduced price that will be up to 40% less than the full price. The Early Bird promotion will be for a strictly limited period, before the subsequent First and then Second release of Advance price tickets, and announcements before it is due to finish will be made on the web site and Facebook.
Tickets may be available on the day, if the event hasn’t sold out in advance, but will only be available at the gate and will be a higher price than the advance order ticket prices. If you don’t want to risk missing out, it's best to buy them in advance at the cheapest Early Bird price, or subsequent First or Second Release tickets.
If your child is 0-5 years old they will not need a ticket to enter the festival but must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
Please note all children under 18 years old (including those aged 6-15 with a ticket) can only enter the festival if accompanied by a paying adult (18+ yrs).
There are no discounts for our disabled visitors, but the festival has full disabled facilities. If you are accompanying a cared-for person who has a ticket, however, we will allow you in for free.
To apply for a free accompanying carers ticket please email us via our Contact Page to confirm your purchased ticket(s) order reference number and confirmation of PIP or other disability allowance and we will email back a link to order your free Carers ticket.
For details of the Disabled Access Permit to access the disabled facilities please see our Tickets Page.
If it’s the festival day and you don’t have your tickets then a ‘last ditch’ lifeline is available. We will be able to check you in manually using our database of the names of the people who order the tickets. However, if we can’t find your booking on the system please don’t be surprised if we ask you a security questions, such as your address or the last 4 digits of the card you paid with, so that we know we have the right person. .
No, we cannot transfer your tickets between festivals due to the ownership rights of each festival.
Refunds will only be given under exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending the event. If you’ve already received your tickets they will become invalid once the booking is cancelled. Bookings can never be refunded after or during the festival.
If you haven’t received your ticket within the allocated time frame (all e-tickets are emailed out to all customers 14 days before the festival) please contact us using the Contact page, confirming the details of your tickets order, as we will use these to find your booking.
The original tickets we sent will become void once we have established that your tickets were not received and new ones will be emailed to you.
