Pick up locations are on the map at the top of this page.
Great Views
With great views of the stage from all areas of the picturesque festival site and, with plenty of room for those who prefer to sit, rather than stand, you are welcome to bring in blankets, folding chairs, picnic boxes, etc, if you choose.
Picnic food can be brought into the stadium and drinking water in sealed plastic bottles will be available free at the bar. Under our licensing terms, all drinks must be purchased at the licensed bar but will be at competitive prices.
Certainly! Wannasee is a family friendly event and children of all ages are welcome. Under 14s are free but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and there's a Family Zone area containing a number of kids’ rides, and free attractions and face painting.

Yes! Wannasee will be running our own bar enabling us to offer very competitive drink prices that will not make a big hole in your wallet!
We will be offering a good selection of draught lagers, ciders and beers plus some real ales. To speed service up we will also have a can only bar. All our spirits will be recognised premium brands, and we will also be serving house cocktails, shots, and a range of soft drinks.
The bar will open on Friday @ 5.30pm, Saturday & Sunday @ 11.30am. Each night the shutters will come down at 10.30pm.
We operate a challenge 25 policy at the festival, so please bring a recognised form of ID if you are lucky enough to look that young.
There will be a selection of food stalls bringing you a variety of World cuisine, including breakfasts (for campers), and sweet things, from ice cream to milkshakes and more, all available at affordable prices.
Not all the food traders can guarantee to cater for all special dietary requirements, lifestyle choices (vegan etc), or those with allergies or food intolerances. Please ask the individual food traders for information.
The Music Arena main gate will open at 5.00pm on Friday night & 11.00am on both Sat & Sun. The event will finish approximately 10.30pm every evening with the Music Arena main gates closing at 11.30pm.
Disabled parking is available in the main car park but you will need to be in possession of an official valid blue disabled parking badge. There is also a disabled camp site (blue camp site) that you can choose to camp in when you order your tickets.
The festival has full disabled access and a viewing section for our disabled patrons. If you have any special requirements, please do not hesitate to email us as at info@wannaseefestival.com and we will be happy to help.
YES! We're going green and reducing our carbon footprint. In 2016 all our drinks will be served in a hard plastic Wannasee drinking vessel, which make great souvenirs to keep.
All we ask is that you pay £1 for your plastic glass and keep it with you. If you need a clean one when you order another drink, then you can exchange your old one at the bar. If you don’t want to keep your glass simply return it to the bar and your £1 will be refunded. This will enable us to keep litter to a minimum and reduce rubbish that requires disposing.
